I stumbled upon this chair in a vacant building and took a picture more than 10 years ago. I have looked at the photo time to time over the years, but it was only recently that I became inspired to transform the picture into a painting.

One of my all time favorites. You captured the lighting so well. It makes such a simple subject very dramatic.
